JSWISS – ‘Universal Just Called’ (Video)

When I first hear about an artist, especially in the indieground scene, I usually simply make a note of it in my scatterbrained mind, and file it away. When that person comes across my path a couple of times, from a couple different angles, it tells me something. Perhaps they are really good. Perhaps they have a solid grind. Perhaps both. Either way, I tend to notice and then give that artist a little more attention.

Such was the case with JWISSS, and after running into him on a couple occasions and seeing him rip a strong freestyle, when his “Universal Just Called” dropped, I was hopeful it would be worth the minor hype our serendipitous encounters had created in my mind.

Luckily, it is.

A short but creative video matching a clever track backed by solid production, “Universal Just Called” works. This is just what I needed to finally push me to check out his full Awthenticity project.
