Well. That didn’t take long.

After putting up a “warning shot” from Lil B aimed at Brooklyn upstart Joey Badass (or Bada$$, depending on whether or not you spell with letters), Joey came back with a surprising beat choice, but a less surprising rapid-fire flow, taking it to the Based God.

Too early to call a winner (no it’s not), but of course this will spark endless debates for the next 12 hours at least…

The beefus began over shade thrown by Joey B on “Survival Tactics,” a little line where he badassedly told the Based God not to quit his day job.

Lil B gave a little Twitter jab-response and then delivered with “I’m The Bada$$,” a self-described “warning shot.”

Joey Badass wasn’t impressed, stating he was “insulted” B didn’t come harder.

So now, the back and forth is even, but who’s really winning? You be the judge.
