Tickets for the Jay-Z and Eminem collaboration concert at Yankee Stadium are now available for New York Yankee season ticket holders, and will be available to the general public starting Friday, at 10:00am. The two hip hop heavyweights are to appear together in the Bronx on September 13, 2010 for a co-headlining performance. Pre-sale tickets have apparently sold out.
The concert will be their second baseball stadium concert, the first occurring on September 2 at Detroit’s Comerica Park.
The hype for the event ratcheted up a notch with a recent joint rooftop performance for Late Night With David Letterman, and comes on the heels of Eminem’s Recovery album hitting stores. Jay-Z is still riding high from the success of Blueprint III, and more specifically, “Empire State of Mind,” his smash hit with Alicia Keys.
