The eagerly awaited video to Lloyd Banks and Juelz Santana’s “Beamer, Benz or Bentley”, aka, the song that launched a thousand remakes, remixes, freestyles and videos, dropped today (3/15). Fresh off of the presses, and featuring a cameo from Beanie Sigel, the video was hyped in days leading to its release, with behind the scenes footage making its way around the internet, and Sunday’s (3/14) release of a video offshoot, “Nissan, Honda, Chevy“, by Joell Ortiz and Jim Jones.
The song was a somewhat surprisingly successful single, shooting up the charts and airwaves, and inspiring versions from Red Cafe, Joe Budden, and the aforementioned Ortiz/Jones collaboration.
