Elegant Hoodness Musical Program Video Showcase Winners [June, 2010]

The Elegant Hoodness Musical Program has been continuing to follow their motto of “helping artists create a buzz by utilizing the media since 2004” with the addition of a music video competition to their long-running artist showcase competition series. The video competition happens on the third Saturday of the month, at The Safehouse Lounge, in Orange, NJ. The next event is July 17^th at 4pm.

1^st prize winner JayOnez is an up and coming director from the Bronx, NY. The name of the song is “Just Me” and features Mysonne, D.O.T. and Sadat X, of Brand Nubian fame.

2^nd prize winner, also directed by JayOnez, in E. Daney’s video for “Hood Life”.

The 3^rd prize winner was for LowKey’s “Grind Stack,” directed by LowKey & Logan.
