While it's a bit tiring for mainstream or typically-non-hip hop media (aka "hipster media") to robotically think of A$AP Rocky when thinking about New York hip hop, this was nonetheless a solid and interesting NY Times piece on ASAP Yams, the musical, and marketing, mastermind who has been instrumental in Rocky's rise.
