No, not the same guy. While initially, and you can hear this toward the end of the video, someone remarked about the name, “That’s actually dope. Nobody thought of that,” once the filming stopped, others corrected him, reminding him of the former Flipmodian. THIS Lord Have Mercy stated (and looked like) he was 50 years old. The “other” Lord Have Mercy, according to Wikipedia anyway, is in his late 30s and they don’t otherwise resemble each other.

But yes, FlipMode’s Lord Have Mercy was pretty dope, had a very distinctive voice if I recall correctly…
