Due to Snowmageddon 2, turnout was a little light for DJ Will’s birthday celebration, held on January 11 at Room Service in Manhattan, but true to the New York state on mind evident in the event, festivities continued on despite the inclement weather. DJs from Da Union represented for their musical family member, as well as fellow radio personalities such as Kim Kane and DJ Suss One. Birthplace Magazine was on hand to help capture the event.
DJ Will has been holding down the Friday night/Saturday morning, 12 midnight-2 a.m. shift on New York’s Power 105.1 FM, after having built a solid following as a respectable club DJ throughout New York City, the country and the world, DJing events in Japan, Brazil, England and the United Arab Emirates, among many other locations.
Though fun was had by all, DJ Will hinted on-air last Friday that there might be a round two to celebrate his born-day, so until then, check out our flicks from the event.
