Maino – “The Brooklyn Way 2″ [Video] + “Ask Me About Brooklyn” w/Joell Ortiz

Double Maino! FULL ON! Whoa!! What does it mean?!?!?!? It means that Brooklyn’s Maino is spreading internet-audio-and-video love leading up to the release of his Art of War mixtape, due out shortly. Here we have a video for “The Brooklyn Way 2″ (even though the title sequence in the video says simply, “The Brooklyn Way”). The title screen also tells us that the video is directed by G. Power and Karl Lawrence, and edited by Jamal Samuel. Either way, it’s a fine hometown, summer-in-the-city vibed visual statement.

Also floating around the interwebs, Maino teams with fellow Brooklynite Joell Ortiz (who just dropped his own fiery “Battle Cry“) on “Ask Me About Brooklyn,” also apparently slated to be on Art of War.
