Kon & Raw Nature: Dual Album Release Party at Public Assembly (9/17)

Kon and Raw Nature (P.A., Benny Buku, Fury, Prophet, Fizix, C4, Big Dee) will be celebrating the release of their albums Above the Clouds and The Direction, respectively, with a show at Brooklyn’s Public Assembly on Friday night (9/17). Aside from performances by Kon and Raw Nature, expected to hit the stage are Silent Knight, St. Joe Louis, M.D.-E., Daphya, Undeniable and Maintain.

Kon will be backed by The Band Called FUSE, and together with Raw Nature and other performers on the bill, represent several artists that we’ve been hearing good things about, but haven’t had the opportunity to see for ourselves. As such, BirthplaceMag.com will be in the house this evening to partake in the musical delights from this fine assemblage of NY-area artisans.

The show will be hosted by North and Baron, while Ari Why and DJ Dyllemma will be holding it down on the ones and twos. There will also be a live painting by Rep Davinchi.

The Kon / Raw Nature album release party takes place at Public Assembly, at 70 N. 6th St., Brooklyn, NY. Showtime is 10pm.
