Fat Beats New York: Final Week In-Store Schedule

With the sad and abrupt news that famed record store chain Fat Beats will be closing their physical locations, there came word that besides the “blow-out” sales, there would be performances and in-store appearances to celebrate the legacy of the beloved vinyl supplier.

In a follow up to that, on the Fat Beats Blog, located at www.fatbeats.com/blog, a “Tentative schedule for the last week” has been posted for the NY location, showing a scheduled lineup of in-store performances by a bevy of NYC hip hop artists and DJs, from the underground, to the iconic.

Among the notables lined up for the final week, Artifacts, Da Beatminerz, Statik Selektah, Ras Kass, DJ Ready Cee, Bobbito, Tony Touch, Duck Down Records, Tanya Morgan, Neal Armstrong, Masta Ace, YC The Cynic, PackFM, Brown Bag AllStars, Cipha Sounds, AG, Pete Rock and DJ Premier, plus many others.
