Lauryn Hill To Headline Rock The Bells 2010 [Rumor]

When interviewed by OfficiallyFaded, BirthplaceMag.com creator Manny Faces was asked the proverbial “top five, dead or alive” question. Despite the typical hemming and hawing at answering such an inquiry, Manny pleasantly surprised the ladies of O.F. by crediting Lauryn Hill with a spot on his list, noting her glaring omission from many other such rundowns. Despite a tumultuous post-fame life, shrouded by confusion and being most-of-the-time away from the public eye, there remains a super special spot in our hearts for Ms. Hill, and we eagerly await her return to the music scene.

All of which makes today’s posting on URB.com the more exciting, as they are nearly positive that Lauryn Hill will be performing her multiple Grammy award winning album The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, in its entirety, headlining the upcoming Rock The Bells 2010 tour.

Though Rock The Bells hasn’t confirmed or denied, URB seems very confident in calling this a fact. The official press conference is this evening (3/24), and we will be keeping a close eye on the results. While the Rock The Bells tour is always a great event, if this news is true, it will be a very anticipated one indeed.
