Tastemakers: Industry Showcase Tonight at Karma Lounge

Trunk Rattlin’ Productions presents Tastemakers, a weekly industry networking and showcase event, every Wednesday night at Karma Lounge, in NYC. Hosted by Mickele Macon, Tastemakers provides a venue for established and up-and-coming artists to hone their craft, and an event where industry professionals can gather to network and enjoy the show.

This week, Macon’s co-host will be A.D. The General, who runs her own showcase series, the Elegant Hoodness Musical Showcase. A.D. is also an artist herself, as well as internet radio and TV host, and contributing writer to Birthplace Magazine.

Scheduled performers include N.A.N., R.E.A.L., Nightingale, Pete Colone, Face, Grams, Fallen Angelz, Dre Nathan, P Swagga and Boston’s own JEM. DJ Bam will hold down the DJ duties.

Mic Check for artists is from 7:30 to 8pm. Doors open to the public at 8pm, and the showcase starts at 9pm. Entry is $10 and it is a 21+ event.
