Nicki Minaj Exits Rihanna Tour

Only days after Nicki Minaj was added to Rihanna’s upcoming, “Last Girl On Earth” tour, it appears as if Minaj has removed herself from the lineup.

The 25 stop romp is scheduled to begin in Seattle on July 2, and also features Ke$ha (of “Right Round” and “Tik Tok” fame). Little Miss Sunshine and Ke$ha will roll into our area on August 12, lighting up Madison Square Garden, and then on August 15 at the Nikon Theater at Jones Beach.

It is not entirely clear what caused the sudden turnaround, although Nicki Minaj announced her withdrawal from the tour via twitter, tweeting, “Barbz I’m sorry 2 say I will not be going out on RiRi’s tour. I’ve decided 2 use that time 4 the completion of my album. Hope u understand”

Meanwhile, we recently asked whether Minaj’s debut single, “Massive Attack,” with Sean Garrett, was a massive tune or a massive failure. Reaction has been mixed, but leaning negative. Let us know what you think.
