Nicki Minaj ft Lil’ Wayne – Go Hard [Video]

Nicki Minaj isn’t letting Lil’ Wayne’s jail sentence affect her ability to be out and about, as she has filmed and released a “street” video for “Go Hard”, their duet.

Lil’ Wayne, as we all should know, is serving his one year term for a weapons conviction. Nicki Minaj recently told MTV, “His actual time to go in had been changing, up and down,” regarding the uncertainty of when the jail time was going to actually begin, due to delays. “So it’s been an emotional roller coaster for all of us involved.”

The roller coaster hasn’t stopped Ms. Minaj from pushing strong to remain in the forefront of the Young Money movement, recently performing a high profile performance of “My Chick Bad” at MTV’s Spring Break, along with Ludacris. Minaj dressed in Lady Gaga fashion and gave an energetic performance under the Acapulco sun.

The video for “Go Hard” is “unofficial”, shot in the streets, low-budget style. Lil’ Wayne’s part is played by some fast cars, a black screen and an email address.
