SXSW Hip Hop: New York Is In The House

by Birthplace MagazineFebruary 24, 2010

The annual (and gigantic) SXSW (South by Southwest) festival is coming up, with the music portion taking place March 17-21, 2010. Among the over 1,800 bands and performers gracing the many stages and venues during the festival, will be a strong hip hop showing, with acts hailing from all over the country.

AustinSurreal was kind enough to break down the master list, highlighting all of the (as-of-now) scheduled hip hop acts. We have taken that list, and whittled it down a bit more, to highlight what NY-area artists will be tearing up the Texas mics.
