DJ Quiz Presents “Quiz Knows A Mixtape”

DJ Quiz, who has been running “Quiz Knows” a weekly internet video series interviewing various up and coming NY artists and producers, is releasing a mixtape, “Quiz Knows A Mixtape”. The release will include joints from artists that you’ve heard here on BirthplaceMag.com such as Donny Goines and Skyzoo, as well as others from the NY-area, something we obviously will wholeheartedly support.

In 2009, DJ Quiz developed an internet video series interviewing hip hop artists and producers, rightfully naming the segments, “Quiz Knows”.  The majority of these segments have been seen on popular hip hop blogs like Nahright.com , 2dopeboyz.com and RappersIknow.com , etc. DJ Quiz is now taking his videos and brand to next level by introducing a new mixtape series, “Quiz Knows A Mixtape”,  with exclusive music from the past artists he has interviewed including Harlem’s Cash, XV, Donny Goines, Shawn Christopher, Skyzoo, Danny Brown and many more.

The first release off the “Quiz Knows A Mixtape” is from none other than my boy, Harlem’s Cash – “Dope Girl”. This song is definitely a banger and debuted this past Sunday night, on “Real Late with Peter Rosenberg” on Hot 97.
