Chicago Hip-Hop Blows Into NYC – Oct. 21

“Blows” cuz of the wind, you know, Windy City and all… Not “blows” cuz they’re garbage. Though we don’t know that really. But we can find out! The Primemeridian: Chicago Hip-Hop in NYC gusts (lol) into Harlem on Wednesday, October 21 at The Shrine. Lineup includes The Primeridian, Upstate Weight, Azzie, A.D. Skolar & JC, Kalae, Division X, P.O., and Rahsheed Chappell, people we’ve mainly never heard of, but we do know Chi-town gets down with theirs, so we’re kinda interested in what they’re bringing.

We just checked Primeridian’s site. First song, first impression, smooth jazzy production, good flow.. We like. Bring it on Chi!

(Shrine is located on the east side of Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard (7th Avenue), just below 134th Street. It is easily accessible from the B train or the 2 or 3 train. The M2 bus runs from the East Village and stops right in front of Shrine’s door)
